We have 5 medium frequency furnace covers from 0.25MT to 1.5MT, 2 electroheattreatment furnace, 3 coalgas annealing furnace, with maximal cubage of 2.5 Meter * 1 Meter * 2 Meter, available to produce, process or thermal treatment large casting less than 5 MT. With 4 CNC Machining Centers, 3 NC Lathes, 5 Milling Machines, 2 NC grinding machines, and other 13 lathes & drilling machine , adopt advanced casting technique as Coated Sand, Sodium Silicate Sand, Clay Sand, Lost Foam, V Process, we can produce all kinds of Ductile Iron, Gray Iron, Plain Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, High Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel Castings, Heat & Corrosion Resistant Castings, Investment Castings, and so on.
